Johnna Quinn is a creative director, designer, and brand strategist with over 15 years of experience shaping bold brand identities and leading dynamic creative teams. Her expertise spans brand storytelling, campaign direction, art direction, packaging, and web development.

Her career began in New York City, where she served as Creative Director for the renowned multi-location restaurant group, The Meatball Shop. She later founded her own design studio, spending the next decade building and refining hospitality, lifestyle, and CPG brands. Johnna has developed exclusive product collaborations with companies like Sight Unseen, West Elm, Target, and Urban Outfitters, and her work has been featured in major national publications.

She currently serves as the Senior Director of Creative at Carbonate, a boutique creative agency specializing in hospitality and F&B brands. Prior to joining Carbonate, she led in-house design at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, overseeing print and digital design for 26 restaurant and hotel properties and spearheading several key rebrands.
