OCCITANIA

Inspired by southern French cuisine, Occitania honors the interplay between traditional and contemporary. Located in the design-forward boutique hotel, Kissel, their team reached out for help bringing their distinct and multifaceted concept to life. The resulting visual identity conveys Chef Paul Canales' rich and densely layered vision based on polar opposites such as light vs. shadow, rusticity vs. refinement, and spontaneity vs. methodology.
